அகரம் / Agaram 2.5B is a Tamil–English language model trained from scratch by Murai Labs (technical report: arXiv:2610.18420). Write in Tamil script, Tanglish or English.

This is a research model. It often gets facts wrong, it has not been red-teamed, and it is not a source of medical, legal, financial or crisis advice. Do not rely on its answers without checking them.

What we keep, and why. You can chat without ticking anything; then nothing is stored. If you tick I agree below, we store your messages, the model's replies, any tool calls and any 👍/👎 you give, with a timestamp and a random session id (no name, account or IP address). If you tick it partway through a conversation, a later reply, or a 👍/👎 on an earlier reply, can include text from before you ticked it. We use them to evaluate Agaram and to train future versions; they are kept in a private dataset and not published. Messages that our filter recognises as being about self-harm are not stored (the filter is a list of phrases and can miss some). Do not type personal details (names, phone numbers, addresses, health information). You must be 18 or older. To ask for your conversations to be deleted, write to us through murailabs.com/contact with the date and time you used the demo.

Tools (optional): tick Use tools to let the model call a clock, a calculator, currency rates, weather and Wikipedia. Each call and its real result are shown above the answer; the model can still misread a result. Leave tools off for ordinary chat: with tools on, it tries to call one for almost every message.
